Brain Boost Chocolate & Mint Smoothie
Think chocolate can’t be brain food? Think again! This creamy, refreshing smoothie is packed with raw cacao (hello, flavonoids!), omega-3-rich hemp seeds, and energizing greens.

1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ Banana
1 date
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp Hemp seeds
½ cup Frozen spinach
2 tbsp mint
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 cup water

Peel the banana, remove the seeds from the date and add them to a blender with the rest of the ingredients
Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes
You can sprinkle cacao nibs and seeds for more crunchiness
