Rewire.

By day six something shifts. The new rhythm starts to feel natural. This phase is where habits form — new reward loops, new internal language, new ways of moving through your day. Your team is in full flow beside you. The momentum is real.

Step into a more aligned version of you.

The final phase is about identity. Not just doing healthy things — but becoming someone who lives this way naturally. You consolidate everything you've built, stabilize your new habits, and arrive at day fourteen feeling like a different person. Because you are.
