Yes! The entire Camp takes place online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Even though it’s virtual, you’ll feel deeply connected—with your team, your daily rituals, and yourself. You’ll be guided step-by-step, and surrounded by encouragement every day.

Our two weekly meal prep sessions (Sundays & Wednesdays, ~90 minutes each) help you stay organized and save time.
With your meals prepped, here’s what your daily flow looks like:
