  • Yes! The entire Camp takes place online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Even though it’s virtual, you’ll feel deeply connected—with your team, your daily rituals, and yourself. You’ll be guided step-by-step, and surrounded by encouragement every day.

  • The Camp is designed to fit beautifully into real life—even a busy one.

    Our two weekly meal prep sessions (Sundays & Wednesdays, ~90 minutes each) help you stay organized and save time.

    With your meals prepped, here’s what your daily flow looks like:

    • Morning Intention & Breathwork – 10 minutes

    • Meal Assembly (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) – ~45 minutes

    • Tea & Journal Session – 10 minutes

    You can always adjust the timing to suit your day.

  • Nope. All videos, including the Campfires, are recorded and available on-demand inside your app. You can follow everything in your own time, while still staying connected to your team.

  • Yes! All meals are based on whole-food, plant-based ingredients, and most recipes are flexible. If you have allergies or specific needs, you can easily adjust recipes—and Sorina is just a message away if you need help with swaps or suggestions.

  • The Camp costs just $25—and that includes:
