Power Packed Granola
A true Camp favorite.
There’s something powerful about starting your day with something you’ve made yourself.
This granola is simple, nourishing, and designed to give you steady energy from the first bite.

½ cup quinoa
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
¼ tsp Himalayan sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Pre-wash the quinoa and let it dry.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Add the mixture to a lined baking sheet with parchment paper and toast for 15 min.
Let it cool and store in a container in a cool, dry place. It will last up to 2 weeks.
Enjoy with Coconut Yogurt and berries
