The Spiral Raw Bowl is packed with enzyme-rich veggies like zucchini, beetroot, cucumber, radishes, and cherry tomatoes, all tossed with creamy avocado, fresh kale, a sprinkle of nutritional yeast, and anti-inflammatory powerhouses like sesame and hemp seeds.

½ zucchini
1/2 beetroot
½ cup cherry tomatoes
1 small cucumber
2 radishes
½ avocado
1 cup kale
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ Himalayan sea salt
½ lemon
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
Creamy Cashew Sauce
1 cup cashews
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
1 tsp Himalyan sea salt
1 cup water -
Wash and dry all the veggies
Using a spiralizer or a peeler cut the zucchini and beetroot in spirals. Cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, avocado and the kale
Add everything to a bowl and drizzle the cashew sauce. Mix until well coated.
For an extra boost of nutrition, add some roasted chickpeas or any other veggies you have leftover.
Squeeze lemon and sprinkle seeds, nutritional yeast and black pepper.
Creamy Cashew Sauce
Soak the cashews in warm water for a minimum of 15 minutes
Add the soaked cashews with the rest of teh ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
