During your onboarding you'll choose what you commit to — the full program or parts of it. There is no wrong answer. The app follows your commitment and guides you each day accordingly.
Your daily rhythm
Morning
Wake up with a big glass of water. Then your morning shot — it's been prepped and waiting for you. Open the app for your 30-second morning check-in. Then your 5-minute guided breathwork session. Why breathwork? It regulates your nervous system, sharpens your focus and sets a tone for the day that no coffee can replicate. It's one of the most powerful parts of the program — give it a real chance. Then breakfast — some already prepped, some prepared fresh. Take your time. No stress. And yes — during the camp we strongly encourage you to stay away from coffee and alcohol. You'll be amazed at how you feel.
During the day
Your meals are waiting in the app — most already prepped. During the day check your micro-learning. It's short, tied to exactly what you're doing that day, and over 14 days these small insights add up to something significant. Move your body — whatever you chose to commit to. A walk counts. A yoga session counts. A functional workout counts. There are no excuses and no wrong choices. Just move.
Evening
Your evening check-in takes about one minute. Tick off what you did. Write a short journal note. On normal days that's it. At the end of each phase the check-in goes a little deeper — we review how you did and make any adjustments needed for the next phase.
The three phases
The 14-day program is structured in three phases. Release (Days 1–5) — let go of old patterns and give your body a reset. Rewire (Days 6–10) — build new habits and reward loops. Renew (Days 11–14) — step into a more aligned version of you. At the end of each phase there's a milestone moment. If you had a hard phase this is your fresh start. Always.
Your two most important moments
After Day 7 and after Day 14 — record a short video and post it in your team chat. Tell Sorina and your teammates your struggles and your victories. This single habit makes a bigger difference than almost anything else in the program. It keeps you accountable, helps Sorina support you better and lifts your entire team. Don't skip it.
