Meal prep is your superpower.

One hour. Three days of meals. Done.


Every Sunday and Wednesday Sorina guides a meal prep session through video — about one hour each time. You'll prep your meals for the next three days. Weekends are yours to cook fresh and enjoy the process without a timer.

Why it matters

This is one of the things that makes the camp work. When your meals are already prepped the biggest daily decision is made for you. You open the app and eat well. No scrambling, no excuses, no last minute bad choices. Just beautiful food waiting for you.

Your meal prep game plan

Before each session generate your grocery list in the app for at least the next three days. Make sure you have everything. Then wash your ingredients, lay them out on your kitchen counter, gather your equipment and organize your workspace before you press play.

In the video, before each meal Sorina shows a billboard with the ingredients and equipment for that specific dish. Pause there. Gather exactly what you need. Then press play and follow along. This keeps you organized and makes the whole session feel effortless — even if you're new to meal prep.

The six sessions

Sunday and Wednesday throughout the camp — six sessions in total. Each one about one hour. The videos are below and also inside the app in your daily feed. Watch them on your laptop for the best experience while you prep at the kitchen counter.
