What works
Show up for your commitments every day. You chose them during onboarding — trust that choice. From thousands of participants we know that consistency, even imperfect consistency, creates results that surprise people. There is something genuinely magical about following this program. If you show up, great things happen.
Be active in your team chat
The participants who open up the most always get the most back. Vulnerability is a superpower here — the team chat is one of the safest spaces you'll ever be in. Share your wins. Share your struggles. Cheer someone on when they need it. The more generous you are with your energy the more you'll receive in return. And you'll be lifting your teammates in ways you can't always see.
Take it easy
The first few days might feel like a lot. That's completely normal. Just follow what the app tells you and what comes through in your team chat. You don't need to figure anything out — it's all laid out for you. Be a little gentle with yourself and trust the process. Progress, not perfection. Always.

After Day 14
You'll receive a summary report with your starting and ending wellness score, your team's journey and a reflection on your camp experience. Then your 7-day post-camp integration program begins — a gentle wind-down designed to make everything you built during the camp permanent. And one more thing we'll share with you on the last day. Trust us — it's worth staying all the way through.
