And yes, all this by not wasting any unnecessary foods.

  • The Camp is designed to immerse you in the learning process, while still fitting into almost anyone’s busy schedule.

  • Everything is pre-recorded and you can access it whenever you want in the app.

On Sunday's at 08.00 PST we will all meal prep together but this live session will also be recorded in case you can't make it.

  • Most of the things you’ll need are likely already in your kitchen: things like an oven, a refrigerator, bowls, and measuring cups. You'll also need a mixer for the smoothies.

  • Yes! Sorina teaches broadly applicable cooking skills and creative plant-based skills, which can be tailored to individual needs and preferences.

All meals are plant-based with common ingredients that can easily be substituted for people who have allergies or food restrictions. While using these substitutions won’t create the exact same results as using the original ingredients, Sorina encourages you to experiment. You’ll still leave with an arsenal of new skills and original recipes!

  • Once you enroll, you’ll be placed in a team with other like-minded people from around the world, who will follow the camp with you. You all will start the camp on the same day. Throughout the camp, you’ll share your ongoing work, give and receive feedback, and ask and answer questions.

However the main feedback during the camp will be from your teammates.

We’ve designed the camp so that you’ll get thorough feedback from your team at every step along the way.

Your teammates will include passionate and like-minded people of all experience levels who will be there to answer your questions, troubleshoot, and give advice and support throughout the camp.

  • Don’t worry. Our mantra in all of our camps is “We’re not looking for perfection, we’re looking for progress.”

We recommend that you follow all the recipes and learnings as it’s laid out to avoid falling behind as you then will maximise your results and learning.

This camp is usually offered once per year.

  • No, it doesn’t matter which time zone you are in. You can take this camp from anywhere in the world.

The lessons are pre-recorded, so you can watch them around your own schedule. We recommend the tasks and meals you should complete each day, but you can decide when you will complete them.

Despite your time zone, you will start the camp on the same day as all the other participants, and will be working towards the same goals at the same time. We’ve tried to design the camp in a way that it will help you stay committed and feel immersed in the process, but also flexible enough that you can fit it into your personal schedule.

  • We know that life is busy. There’s probably never going to be a perfect time. We also know that we all crave to be more creative and to do interesting things outside of our normal day-to-day routines.

We’ve designed this camp to fit into almost anyone’s busy schedule, so you can easily immerse yourself in the creative process in a way you probably never thought possible.

Yes, even if you have a full-time job, or are a full-time student, or have family obligations. If you commit to yourself and to your creativity, we think you’ll be surprised by just how much you can learn and create during the camp. If you’re interested and enrollment is still open, we say go for it!

Otherwise, the camp runs a few times per year, so there will be future opportunities.

  • Currently this camp is only available for iOS (Apple) phones. We are working to make it available for Android in the near future.
